The works of the youth reflect the future of our nation. It is the youth that comprise the largest sector of the populace and their idealism, dynamism, and vitality make them the most potent segment in our quest for a genuine development.
A total of 96 youth coming from the 23 barangay of 
and as persons in authority, involving the youth groups at the barangay level is of great importance.Meanwhile, the activity was made possible through the active support of local functionaries who were invited to give lectures on the very basic yet vital topics.
